This event which took place during the 2023 Bonn Climate Conference, highlighted the roles and limits of humanitarian action to avert, minimize and address loss and damage, as well as discuss key principles that should be applied for solutions and funding to respond to loss and damage to ensure that communities are supported to protect themselves against climate risks.
