At the seventh meeting of the Board (B7) of the Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage (FRLD) the Board will discuss the project/programme cycle for the start up phase of the Fund —the Barbados Implementation Modalities (BIM). In this document we provide a draft project/programme cycle that shows how rapid response can be delivered in 48 hours and regular response within two months of receiving project proposal.
