Responding to the growing impacts of climate change requires clearer pathways to access support for addressing loss and damage. To help navigate the evolving international landscape, the Loss and Damage Collaboration has developed the Loss and Damage Response Toolkit. This resource provides an accessible guide to the key institutions under the UNFCCC and its Paris Agreement — including the Warsaw International Mechanism and its Executive Committee and Santiago Network, and the Fund for Responding to Loss and Damage — and explains how stakeholders can engage with them to access policy guidance, technical assistance, and financial support.
