On September 13, 2023, the Loss and Damage Collaboration and  the Platform on Disaster Displacement (PDD) jointly convened the 6th call of the "Loss and Damage and the Challenges of Human Mobility and Displacement Working Group". The Group attempts to bring together experts working on Loss and Damage and Human Mobility to share experiences and work towards common advocacy objectives.

The call was attended by more than 20 participants and focused on the following topics:

1. A debrief from the TC3

2. The Human Mobility Submission to TC3

3. Group Intel sharing on plans and ongoing work

4. Launch plans for the advocacy messages on L&D and Displacement.

5. A short presentation from Climate Refugees’ on their new report “Climate Change is Controlling Everything, Let Them Compensate Us”
