A new brief by members of the Loss and Damage Collaboration outlines a step by step process for mobilizing finance to meet the needs of the most vulnerable for addressing loss and damage. Instead, we must centre our work around the needs of the most vulnerable people, communities and countries in the global South and mobilize action and support at all levels to address those needs on all fronts.
